Passive Abilities are something you can select for your character before you spawn into the match, and they can be changed at every respawn. They are equally available for all classes, though some classes benefit from certain abilities more than others.

Name Description
None Does nothing. The default option.
Health Regen If your character is wounded, he'll regenerate 13 HP per second, until back at full health.
Better Pickups The power of each pickup is increased by 50%. Health kits restore 75% of health over 50%, ammo pickups restore 30% of ammo and not 20%, armor pickups provide 38 armor instead of 25.
Rapid Fire Raises your weapons' fire rate.
Increase Max Armor Allows you to gain, and keep, 200 max armor from the armor pickups, instead of the normal 100.
More Crits Increases the critical chance rate of each weapon.

Keep in mind that "Increase Max Armor" is useless if you are facing Hunters, who possess Armor Penetration trait by default.
